Pallet racks
Pallet racks are a type of material handling and storage system designed specifically for palletized goods. They allow palletized materials to be stored in horizontal rows across multiple levels. Typically, forklifts are used to place the pallets onto the racks for storage. Pallet racks have become an essential element in most modern warehouses, manufacturing facilities, supermarkets, and other storage and distribution systems. All types of pallet racks increase storage density, but as storage density rises, the costs associated with racking also tend to increase.
Selective pallet racks are the most widely used and popular type of system on the market. They allow forklifts to directly access each pallet and can be equipped with steel wire decks, frame supports, or base rails. Pallet racks are customized according to the dimensions of the pallets and warehouses to provide the best solutions for a variety of storage needs. Rack height, beam length, and aisle width are all designed based on forklift specifications, pallet dimensions, and warehouse capacity. Additionally, the structure is expandable to accommodate future needs.

1
Highly Flexible Compatibility
Accommodates various load types, weights, and sizes. Combines with wide-span racks and supports double-deep racking for expanded storage capacity and adaptability to different needs.
2
Efficient Storage Design
Narrow aisle systems paired with specialized forklifts optimize space utilization, maximizing storage density while maintaining easy accessibility and streamlined operations.
3
Durable Structural Integrity
Constructed from high-strength steel, the racks ensure robust, reliable, and safe performance, designed for long-term durability and enhanced safety in demanding environments.
