Narrow Aisle Racks
Narrow-aisle racking is suitable for storing large quantities of goods. Compared to standard pallet racking, it can significantly increase storage capacity within the same space. Narrow-aisle racking is derived from standard pallet racking, sharing similar structure and beam design, but incorporates ground-level guide rails. It utilizes a very narrow aisle (VNA) for forklifts, which are equipped with three-directional rotation capabilities. Forklifts can move swiftly in the aisles and pick up pallets without needing to turn, only requiring rotational movements. This system also allows the forklift to work efficiently in aisles as narrow as 1.7–2 meters. The racking height can reach up to 18 meters, maximizing vertical space usage. However, this type of racking system requires specialized three-way forklifts for operation.

1
Space Optimization
Designed to maximize storage density, narrow aisle racks utilize vertical space up to 18 meters and aisles as narrow as 1.7 meters, making them ideal for warehouses with limited floor space.
2
Efficient Handling
Equipped for use with VNA forklifts featuring three-way rotation, the system allows for fast and precise pallet handling, minimizing the need for wide turns or excessive maneuvering.
3
Enhanced Accessibility
Integrated ground-level guide rails ensure smooth forklift navigation within narrow aisles, reducing the risk of errors and improving operational efficiency for high-density storage setups.
